Almost time for another Net Match Game - Hollywood Squares Hour.
Before we start, some notes...

\ Dom Falance resumes his reign with two wins and CY$72,000. He'll
play the X's in Hollywood Squares -- and needs to either win CY$28,000
or the game outright to earn a spot in the tournament of champions.

\ This is Game 44. So if you played as a civilian in Game 41, 42
or 43, please sit on your hands and let someone else play. Can't
remember when you played? Just go to www.nmghsh.cjb.net or
www.dougmorris.net/nmghsh and click on "Archives".

\ Joining our usual cast of characters are Dean Scungio, Mark
Sinsbaugh, David Hammond -- and making his debut, Philip Cousin.
You might have seen his big win on "Wheel of Fortune".

...now it's qualifying time. The two players closest to the
right answer, high or low, compete in Match Game with the winner
advancing to Hollywood Squares. The question...

On Saturday, July 23, 2011, at 6:30pm Central, we watched a rerun of
"Wheel of Fortune". In the main game, a player managed to land on the
jackpot space, called for a consonant that appeared at least once in the
puzzle and then solved it immediately to win the jackpot -- which was
worth how much? Please respond in increments of $50 and make sure
your answer is higher than $5000.

(time passes)

And time's up. The player knew the star and role was "KIEFER
SUTHERLAND AS JACK BAUER". The payoff was less than $24,000.

(ding)

There ya go. $10,300. Who's the closest?

DauberDude $8,950

We've got a clarification out -- but I think this is Rick Morris.
Next closest is...

John Coday Hines $8,750

...John Hines. Thanks to all. We're planning for an extended
Cyber-Phone Match in this episode. So keep watchin'.

Glenn Bowman: "101 Ways To Leave Encino" (audience laughs) will not
be seen at this time -- so that way hope you'll stay with us for

...with our guests...

Philip Cousin

Mark Sinsabaugh

Dean Scungio

David Hammond

...plus our center square...

...and the stars of
the Net Match Game -
Hollywood Squares Hour...

Ryan Morris
and
Doug Morris

Doug: Thanks, Glenn Bowman. Helloooooooo, everybody and welcome
back to the Net Match Game - Hollywood Squares Hour. Hello, stars.

Ryan: And hello to you at home. Dom Falance returns with
two wins and CY$72,000. He had a shot at CY$100,000 in our
last Super Match -- but couldn't cash in. He needs to win either
CY$28,000 or win Hollywood Squares outright in order to make it
into our next Champions' special.

Doug: Good to see some old friends tonight -- Mark, Dean, David.
Of course, great to see Chad again -- final answer. (light laughter
from the crowd) And a warm welcome for the first time to the panel
-- Philip Cousin.

(audience cheers)

Doug: Let the games begin!

(more cheers) (Ryan and Doug shake hands) (Ryan sits in the Morris
chair on the panel) (Doug walks over to the Match Game desks)

Doug: Keep that applause going for our challengers, Rick Morris
and John Coday Hines.

(more cheers)

Doug: We'll chat later. But let's start the fun. As you know,
the objective here to match as many...

Doug: ...of these groomsmen for Gene Simmons as you possibly can.

(audience laughs)

Doug: Each time you match a start, you earn CY$100. If you max out and
match everyone, we'll elevate your score to CY$1000. High scorer
after three rounds advances to Hollywood Squares to face Dom.
The high scorer there plays the Super Match -- which could
lead to a payoff of CY$100,000.
