The Ghost of Jay Stewart:
It's time for the...

TGoJS: ...and it's our special "Where Are They Now?" show. (audience
cheers) Tonight, we salute four net game hosts from the past.

(split screen of still images from Net FtM and Net Nitro)

TGoJS: First, he was the musical maestro behind Net Face The Music
-- and guided players through a huge gameboard on Net Nitro. (fade
to image of celebrity already seated on the panel) Today, he helps
wake up Kansas as morning producer for KAKE in Wichita. Here's Troy
Diggs.

(audience cheers)

(clip from NCW rolls where "Doug Morris" was the overall puzzle answer)

TGoJS: Next, he was the keeper of the long running puzzle game
Net Cross Wits. (fade to image of celebrity) Now, he hosts the net
documentary series "New York Routes". Welcome back, Mark Sinsabaugh.

(audience cheers)

(clips from Net High Rollers and a standalone NHS roll in split screen
images)

TGoJS: He hosted games where players rolled dice and tried to put
their X's and circles in a three-by-three grid of celebrities. Now
that's something we can relate to. (fade to image of celebrity) He
can now be seen on the A-I-N network. Formerly of Net High Rollers
and Net Hollywood Squares, here's Josh Royal.

(audience cheers)

(clips from Net 3oaM and Bidding War roll in split screen images)

TGoJS: You've seen him host Net Three On A Match as well as Bidding
War here on VBS. (fade to image of celebrity) Today, he's tracking
all the bids on this season's episodes of "The Price Is Right" on
his Game $how Homepage. Here's Nick Mooneyhan.

(audience cheers)

(clip from NPiR where a contestant plays Finish Line rolls)

TGoJS: They're here to play along with our center square, the host of
the long-running Net Price is Right... (fade to image of celebrity)
...as well the man who hosted The All New WWW Now You See It and
Net You Don't Jack, Jay Lewis!

(audience cheers)

(Ryan and Doug's publicity shots from Net Tic Tac Dough and Net
Bumper Stumpers appear side-by-side)

TGoJS: And the stars of the Net Match Game - Hollywood Squares Hour,
Ryan Morris and Doug Morris!

(fade to NMG-HSH sign as it rises; MG-esque doors open; Ryan and
Doug are welcomed to an ecstatic crowd, walk down the stairs,
shake hands)

Doug: Thank you, ghost of Jay Stewart. Helloooooooooo, everybody
and welcome to this special NMG-HSH.

Ryan: Special because we're on just for a half-hour tonight. We'll
finish the game in another half-hour. Also special because we're
here with four net game hosts from years' past.

Doug: They've all helped make VBS the internet's most popular
network. And they're here tonight. Hello stars.

Panel: (more or less in unison) Hello, Ryan and Doug.

Ryan: Plus, the *next time* we get together, it could be something
real special for Jay Cross. If he wins CY$19,000 or the next game
of Hollywood Squares, he'll be the third contestant in our
champions' special.

Doug: But right now, it's Match Game. Ryan, let's have some fun.

(audience cheers) (Ryan and Doug shake hands; Ryan walks over
to the Morris chair on the panel as Doug walks over to the MG
players' desks)

Doug: Joe Kristoff and Michael Clifford are playing our little game.
Guys, we're going to dive right in to the game and chat later, OK?

(Doug pushes button on toaster revealing Round 1 questions)
