Audience Game Scarlett: Joseph Bohan, come on up. It's your chance to win big on Hot Dice.
(Joseph runs up to the dice table; shakes Doug's hand)
Doug: Welcome, Joseph. And welcome back everyone to Hot Dice. Joseph, some lucky rolls of the money dice could mean you drive home in this.
Scarlett: For your driving enjoyment, IT'S A NEW CAR! (audience cheers) The Kia Soul Plus is stylish and function. Comes with a 2-liter, automatic transmission, an awesome sound system, a cargo net -- and much more. After all, it's more than a Kia Soul, it's a Kia Soul Plus!

Scarlett: We're also adding a CY$10,000 gas card furnished by CDM Enterprises to make this prize package worth CY$29,250.
Doug: And the car and the gas card are all yours if you can cough up two bucks.
Or should I say *roll* up two bucks.

Doug: The goal of the game is also the name of the game -- 2 Bucks.
In a moment, you'll have at least three rolls with a pair of our money dice to try and collect at least two bucks. On the money dice, we're replaced the numbers 1 through 6 with, respectively, a penny, a nickel, a dime, a quarter, a half dollar and a dollar.
Now, how many rolls you get depends on a pick of our board. Behind three letters in the name of our show, Hot Dice, we have cards that will give you three rolls of the dice, three other letters will give you four rolls and one letter will give you the maximum five rolls of the dice.
Pick a letter and we'll get going.
Joseph: I'll take "D" for "dice" and "D" for "Doug".
Doug: Thanks for both plugs. Behind the D we find...

Doug: ...4 rolls. That means you've got a maximum of four chances to accumulate two dollars. Good luck and give 'em a roll.

Doug: And you start off with a dime and a quarter for 35 cents. As we return the dice to you, something I forgot to tell you. If you bank exactly two dollars, you'll still get the car and the gas card -- *plus* a bonus of CY$50,000.
Doug: So with three rolls left, you might want to try to avoid the penny. Roll again, please.

(scattered cheers)
Doug: Hey now. Fifteen more cents. You're up to 50 cents.
If
you
can
roll
a
buck

a
half
on
this
next
roll,
you
get
the
car,
the

card
and
fifty
grand.

(a few groans from the crowd)
Doug: Huh kay -- 26 more cents in the coffers. I'm afraid the 50-grand is out of the discussion. But with one roll left, the car and gas card are still in reach.
Here's the thing, Joseph, on the next roll, you must have a dollar on one cube and at least a quarter on the other to exceed the goal of two bucks.
So -- I'll give you one chance to stop the game right now -- and take CY$25 for every penny that you have right now. In other words, 76 cents translate to CY$1900 to forget all about the car and gas card.
(audience shouts suggestions)
Joseph: I think I'd better git while the gittin's good, Doug. I'm taking the money.
(audience applause)
Doug: I'd agree with that. Rolling a buck-25 right now is a tall order. But was it possible? See, Joseph, we're David Muir types of folks -- (a few laughs from the crowd) -- who believe your right to know overrides your right to exist.
*Had* you gone for it, what would've happened. This roll doesn't count.

(audience cheers)
Doug: Yeah, you made the right call. You would've ended up with a total of $1.27.
Enjoy the 1900. We're back with another main game -- after this.
(commercial cue plays; audience applause)
