Our new announcer, Scarlett Gray, wanted to try out the dice we use on The Big Risk. So we let her keep rolling until she rolled an 11. From her first roll to the time she rolled an 11, how many times did Scarlett *not* roll an 11. (To clarify: If her 99th roll was an 11, then the correct answer is 98.)
