Doug: OK, no decision from Kourtney in time. Rules of the game state I have to flip a coin. (reaches into pocket; pulls out quarter) And here's what's going to happen. I'll toss it in the air and let it land on the floor. If it's heads, Kourtney's bet is all 200 on "PASS". For tails, Kourtney will have to bet all 200 on "DON'T PASS".

(flips coin; turns up tails)
