Cassie: Doug this time.

 

 

Ryan: Doug, A patient is suffering from polythelia.  What does that mean?

Doug: The need to have political and other powers.  Just ask Anthony Wiener.

(a few laughs from the crowd)

Doug: True story.  I briefly dated a lady who had this condition.  At least she 
*told* me and didn't *show* me.  A polythelia situation means the patient 
has a third nipple.

Cassie: I agree.

Ryan: The patient has a third nipple. X gets the square.
