Ryan: Chris, Is beer considered an alcoholic drink in Bavaria?

Chris: I'd think that, in Germany, it's considered like WATER!

Seriously, though, I'm sure even Bavarians know that it contains 
alcohol and, thus, is classified as an "alcoholic drink".  So...I say
yes, it is.

Antonio: I'll disagree...

Ryan: It's legally defined as a staple food. X gets the Square.
