MG Round 1 Question B
Doug: (grabs B; walks to panel) Once again, everyone's in on the question -- and -- a bit of a set-up is required. You'll recall Chad was a contestant on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" -- pocketing more than 40-grand in the process. (audience cheers) Yes, great job by Chad. This question involves something Chad and the hostess discussed between questions. Chad Mosher said, "Yes, it's true what I told Meredith on 'Millionaire'. I've been a big fan of game shows since a very young age. When I was one year old, I had recurring game show-related nightmares about << BLANK >>." (audience laughs) (think music plays)
(stars write) Doug: By the way, we'll talk about What's My Number? and PriceCast later. Kevin, you've got a new show -- Net Debt. Tell us about it. Kevin: Thank you, Doug. I'm set to begin another episode of Net Debt. As you know, it's still the same show where those four letters D-E-B-T could spell big trouble or big fun. I hope you all will catch all the excitement when we pay off the cyber bills of a lucky contestant. It's a thrill to be hosting again and I'm honored to be a part of Net Match Game-Hollywood Squares Hour. (audience applause) Doug: Wishing you great success with Net Debt. Really enjoyed that edgy writing -- and glad to see you've recreated that spirit. (time passes) Doug: Waiting on Matt to get in there.
Doug: And we're set now. Jamey, question again. Chad Mosher said, "Yes, it's true what I told Meredith on 'Millionaire'. I've been a big fan of game shows since a very young age. When I was one year old, I had recurring game show-related nightmares about << BLANK >>." Jamey: The Whammy? (audience applause) Doug: That's a good answer. Really a good one. There are a lot of good answers, really -- and that's one of them. Troy, what came to your mind? Troy: I know when I was a kid, I had nightmares about Lisa Donovan. (audience laughs) Doug: Some of you remember Net Face the Music. Troy: For Chad, I would think he had nightmares about [ THE WHAMMY ]. (ding; audience applause) Doug: Boom, just like that. On the scoreboard. Now I'm skipping Chad intentionally. He'll reveal his answer last. Matt, you'll be next. Matt: When I was younger, I was a risktaker. So I always had the reoccuring dream that I would trade my teddy bear for what's behind door #1 and GET ZONKED. (buzz) (audience laughs) Doug: Trading the bear for a rusty old car. Where's the fun in that? Another good answer as we visit Ryan. Chad Mosher said, "Yes, it's true what I told Meredith on 'Millionaire'. I've been a big fan of game shows since a very young age. When I was one year old, I had recurring game show-related nightmares about ..." Ryan: (card) +==========+ | Whammies | +==========+ (ding; audience applause) Doug: Singular -- plural -- still a match. Jamey's up to 200. To Kevin, now. Do you make it 300? Kevin: I saw Chad on Millionaire, he was a joy to watch. You may not know this about him but when he was a tyke, he was afraid of something he saw on a game show. In fact it was the << TIC-TAC-DOUGH DRAGON >>. (buzz) (audience applause) Doug: At the risk of showing my age, there was a time I stopped watching "Tic Tac Dough" -- because of the dragon. Scared me way back when. Will, you're next -- then we go back to Chad. Will: Not knowing Chad's age, this is tough. However, I said what I was afraid of when I was very young and watching game shows: THE LOSING HORNS (buzz) (audience laughs) (TPiR losing horns) (more laughs) Will: Aaah! (hides under desk) (more laughs) Doug: It's OK to come out now. All right -- Chad -- we saved your expert opinion for last. Tell us true what you had nightmares about. Chad: You know, Doug, I was afraid to admit this to Meredith on the air, but it's true. I often woke up screaming about.... [BEING NEUTERED BY BOB BARKER] (audience laughs and applauds) (buzz) Doug: Huh boy. For those of *you* who'll be having nightmares about -- that -- (audience laughs) -- address your complaints to ChadMosher.com. (more laughs)

Doug: Jamey, as for you, I don't think I've ever see whammies work in a player's favor like this. You're 200 to the good. Erik's yet to score. We'll meet our players and start Round 2 -- after this. (audience applause; MG-HSH music plays)MG ROUND 2 BEGINS
