Michael: Doug "definitely not related to Heather" Morris.

Ryan: Doug, time for our version of "Play The Percentages".  
What percentage of Vodka sales account for Russia's government's 
income?

Doug: It's true neither Ryan or I am not related to Heather.  
It's also true I have family in Lima, Ohio, where the high 
school in "Glee" is based.

I'd imagine Vodka sales keep the coffers of the Russian
government rather healthy.  I'll go with 75%.

Michael: I disagree.

Ryan: 10% of the Russian goverment's income comes from 
vodka sales. Circle gets the square.
