(Cheers and applause as the logo rises and the MG doors 
open. Kate Walsh walks out and stands at center stage.)
 
Ryan: Kate, it's nice to have you here.
 
Kate: Thanks for having me.
 
Ryan: OK, Dana, Kate has a question for you that could 
be worth  Cy$20,000 for David. Star, what is the Secret 
Square Question?
 
Kate: In a hospital, what is a GOMER?
 
Dana:  Oh - I have to  admit, I've never watched Grey's
 Anatomy, but I am going to check out Private  Practice, 
starting September 26th, on ABC!  (audience laughs)
Well goooooooooooooooooooooolly!!  Kate Walsh!  
Surprise,  surprise, surprise!!  (more laughs)
Oh, you don't mean  THAT Gomer?  A gomer is a patient 
in  the ER with a minor complaint - you know, like a whiner.
 
David: I agree.

Kate: A GOMER is a emergency room  patient with a minor
complaint  "GOMER" is an acronym for "Get Out  of My 
Emergency Room" so X gets the Square.
