MG round2questionA

Doug: Welcome back to the Net To Tell The Truth - I've Got A Secret Hour.

(audience laughs) (Doug pushes button on toaster revealing Round 2
questions)

Doug: OK, it's 300-0 in David's favor. David, you're leading -- so
you get to pick first in Round 2. A or B?

David: I pick A.

Doug: (grabs A) A is yours and...

Doug: ...since you matched half of the panel on the first question,
only the other half play this question.

Did you hear about the new NASCAR Busch Series race? It's called
the American Bar Association 300. The pace car looks like << BLANK >>.

(MG '7x changing keys think music plays)

Doug: OK, they're set. David, the question again.

Did you hear about the new NASCAR Busch Series race? It's called
the American Bar Association 300. The pace car looks like << BLANK >>.

David: A police car.

(smattering of applause)

Doug: Good answer. That was my thought. Let's see what Will, Dave
and Ryan said. We'll start with Will.

Will: There's only one answer I can think of, and that's Johnny Cochrane.

(buzz) (audience boos)

Doug: I will refrain from an "it doesn't fit" joke and go to Dave.

Dave: Doug, you know as well as I do NASCAR is seriously losing its focus
by having the American Bar Association 300. Although it would be better
than having the NEXTEL Cup, because the pace car driver will no longer
have a cell phone surgically attached to their ear. The driver practically
had a head-on collision in the drive to the starting line last time.

(audience laughs)

Dave: So instead of seeing a Toyota Camry making the pace, you'll now see a
*flip* WITNESS BOX.

(buzz) (smattering of applause)

Doug: Makes sense. And Ryan, wrap this up for us.

Ryan: (card)

Doug: Well, no matches there.

David's response: A POLICE CAR

Doug: OK, score's still 300 to nothing. Chris, chance to get on the
board.
