Ryan: Dean, True or false: Instead of giving parking tickets, 

police officers in Helsinki, Finland, break the windshield.

 

Dean: And if they catch you speeding, they slash the tires.

(light laughter from the crowd) I could see that as a deterrent, 

but that's such a blatent disrespect to someone's property.  I say 

it's false.



Michael: I agree.

 

Ryan: The police deflate the tires X gets the square and the win!
