Ryan: Jay, Name the first broadcast network to air a 
commercial for condoms.

Jay: I believe the pitchman was Art Vandalay..y'know of
 Vandalay Industries.  (audience laughs)  Seriously, this sounds 
like something a young, edgy network would do. I say it was 
probably the WB..keeping in mind you said broadcast network.

Robert: I disagree.
