Phil: Let's see. I'll go with Texas.

Ryan: Texas is right. San Antonio is #1, the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex area 
ranks second and Houston's at #4.  Three cities in California -- San Francisco,
San Diego and L.A. -- are among the five *least* sweatiest. Circle gets the
