MG Round 3 Question A

Doug: And we're back.  Final round of Match Game and one question
determines whether we go into overtime or if Brian returns next month
to face Eddie Timanus for the championship in Hollywood Squares.
(pushes button on toaster revealing the final round questions)

Doug: Normally the high scorer picks first.  But Brian's already maxed 
out. So, John, it's up to you and Matt.  Which question do you think 
will help you reach the tie-breaker?

John: A once again, please.

Doug: All righty then.  (Doug grabs A; walks toward Matt)  Matt,
don't mean to put the pressure on ya, but the outcome of the game
could depend on your answer right here.  Here is the question.... gee,
I almost felt like Jack Barry on one of those Hal "Lucky Suit" Shear
episodes of TJW.  (audience laughs)  But seriously, here's the 
assignment...

I have a TV Guide listing: Wednesday night, ABC, "The Drew Carey Show".
Drew enjoys his all of his presents for the holidays -- that is until 
he finds out his secret Santa is actually << BLANK >>.

Doug: OK, Matt's ready, hope you are because this is a biggie...

I have a TV Guide listing: Wednesday night, ABC, "The Drew Carey Show".

John: I hope this is the definitive answer for this; Drew's presents
were from MIMI.

(audience cheers)

Doug: That's a goodie.  But now, it doesn't matter what I think, it's

on the first question.  Well, he's run the table now and we go to a
tie-breaker.  We'll tell yo...

DJ Hamilton: (stands up and screams from the back row) HEY DOUGIE!

Doug: (looks pleasantly surprised) Deej!?!?  My producer for NBS.
(audience applause) C'mon up here.  (DJ runs up to the stage)  Folks,
this is Deborah JoAnn "DJ" Hamilton who helps me out on Net Bumper
Stumpers and my radio show.  How are ya?

DJ: Fine.  Listen, don't you think Matt's worthy of sitting in the
Dawson chair?

Doug: Well, now that he's matched both our players, I suppose.  Why 
do you ask?

DJ: Well... (turns to Matt and winks at him) I don't think so.

(Deborah JoAnn rushes over to Matt, pulls out some mistletoe, holds
it above their heads and gives him a smooch on the lips)  
(audience goes nuts)

DJ: Now I do!  (rushes back to her chair)

Doug: Well, Matt, how did you enjoy that?

Matt: (almost sounding like Frank) WOW!  (audience laughs and
applause)

Doug: Just don't get too involved with her.  She's been through three
ex-husbands.

DJ: FOUR, DOUG!

Doug: Oh, that's right, four.  Sorry.  (audience laughs)  Uh, we'll
take a break, regroup and play our tie-break right after this.

(audience applause; MG-HSH music plays)
