Doug: Thank you, ghost of Jay Stewart.  Hellloooooo everybody, Happy 
Holidays and welcome to the Net Match Game - Hollywood Squares Hour.
Ryan, doesn't this set look spiffy for the holidays?

Ryan: Sure does, Doug.  And speaking of the holidays, Christmas came 
early for our returning champion Eddie Timanus. Last time, he won 
CY$20,000 in the Super Match and has total winnings of more than 
CY$37,000.  (audience cheers)

Doug: And we're read to spread some holiday cheer with the help of
these nice folks.  (Ryan and Doug turn to panel)  Hello, stars!

Celebs: Hello, Doug and Ryan!

Doug: Now, since the holidays are just around the corner, we don't
want anyone involved in the game to miss out on time spent with 
family and friends.  So, when we find a winner in Match Game, we'll
apply the brakes on the episode until after we ring in the new year.

Ryan: Then, the winner joins Eddie Timanus and me plus three more
stars for Hollywood Squares.

Doug: There's a lot to get to.  So, Ryan, please join our elves from 
the North Pole (Ryan heads for "the Morris chair" on the bottom row; 
Doug walks over to the players' desks) while I say hello to our two 
challengers, John Menjes and Brian Moore.  

(audience cheers)

Doug: Well, John, nice to see you again.  Tell us about yourself for 
those seeing you for the first time.  

John: I'm from Miramar, FL.  My hobbies include bicycling, puzzle 
solving, football, and hockey.

Doug: And the reason I say "nice to see you again" is because his
puzzle solving skills made him more than CY$221,000 richer on Net
Bumper Stumpers.  (audience cheers)  Now let's find out about
you opposition.  Please give us the Brian Moore story, now.

Brian: I’m a fan of Power Rangers, Japanese Cartoons (like Pokemon 
and Digimon), and Game Shows. I’m currently hosting Internet’s

Doug: Mmm, sorry, but we're not allowed to plug individuals' websites.
(audience laughs)  Only kidding. We're about to play Match Game PM 
style.  That means players will have up to three chances in matching 
the ho-ho-ho half-dozen.  Each time you match a star, you collect
CY$100; in the event of a perfect score, we up your total to CY$1000.
At game's end, make more matches than your opponent and you'll play 
against Eddie Timanus in HS.  The winner there goes on the Super Match 
which could pay out more than CY$30,000. (audience cheers)
