Scarlett: ... plus the Joker's Bonus worth CY$10,000. Back to Doug Morris and Net Poker.

(audience cheers)

Doug: I thank you, Scarlett. Let's quickly recap.

TONY
MICHAEL

Doug: Tony won the first round and CY$2500. Michael just won CY$1500 in winning the previous round. Now it's Joker Poker time featuring...

IN OTHER WORDS

Doug: ...In Other Words. I'll give you a phrase or title expressed in other words -- and it's up to you to give me the actual phrase or title.

We'll allow some leeway on the phrases -- but when we express the title, surrounded by quotation marks, in other words, we'll need the exact title.

An example from an earlier show, "That 15.24 Meter Tall Female's Strike" is actually the movie title "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman".

Each phrase or title is worth 10 points and a choice of card for your hand. After you each collect four cards, we play a 15-pointer with the blind cards. High hand is worth 25 points. Then we race to 100 points in the Poker Run to determine our champion.

Since Tony won the first round, he got to cut the deck -- which has two Jokers. If you get a Joker, you may use it for anything when your hand is complete. Here are the first two cards from the top of the deck.

D.J.: The King of Spades and the 10 of Diamonds.

Doug: All right. One more thing, I'll still give you CY$1,000,000 for a natural royal flush *or* five of a kind. With that, here's our first phrase of the round -- in other words.

The glancing Mr. Brokaw

(Tony buzzes in)

Doug: Tony.

Tony: Peeping Tom

Doug: That's right.

(ding; audience applause)

Doug: First points of the round go to you, Tony -- and you get to pick the first card of this important round.

Tony: I'll start my hand with the King of Spades

Doug: Cowboy goes to Tony.

TONY

MICHAEL

Doug: Ten spot goes to Michael -- and we get two more cards.

(a few woos from the crowd)

D.J.: The 10 of Clubs and the Jack of Spades.

Doug: Ooohhh - kay. Well, let's move on to the first title in this round with In Other Words.

"Gorgeous Petite Fibbers"

(Tony buzzes in)

Doug: Tony.

Tony: "Pretty Little Liars"

Doug: That's it.

TONY
MICHAEL

(ding; audience applause)

Doug: Before we all left for Reunion CaperWEEK in San Antonio last year, I dated a pretty little liar. (a few laughs from the crowd) There'll be no further discussion on the matter.

Tony, which card?

Tony: I know I'm risking giving Michael a pair, but I gotta try for the royal flush if I can. So, I'll take the Jack.

(scattered cheers)

Doug: Striking while the iron is hot.

TONY

MICHAEL

Doug: Gosh, if the 10 of Spades comes down the chute, watch 'em really fight for it. Well, let's see if Tony's quest for a royal and Michael's quest for five a kind continue.

(scattered groans)

D.J.: Sorry, fellas. The Queen of Clubs and the Queen of Diamonds.

Doug: Done in by the ladies -- which also describes the eve of -- nevermind. (audience laughs) Next title.

"Rolling Out of Bed at Sin City"

(Tony buzzes in)

Doug: Tony.

Tony: "Waking Up in Vegas"

Doug: You're good at this. Right again.

(ding; audience applause)

Doug: Michael, I see you trying to buzz in. He has a hotter hand this round. Tony, you're up 30-0. Which card?

Tony: I suppose it doesn't matter which Queen I pick now, so just to keep all my cards black, I'll take the Clubbed lady.

Doug: Lady in black goes to you.

TONY

MICHAEL

Doug: The lady in red goes to Michael. Next two cards, please.

D.J.: The Ace of Clubs and the 9 of Clubs.

Doug: Yin and yang of Clubs up for grabs -- with this.

Our Planet, Air Currents plus Conflagration

(Michael buzzes in)

Doug: Michael.

Michael: Earth, Wind, & Fire

Doug: And finally you're on the board.

TONY
MICHAEL

(ding; audience applause)

Doug: Of course you remember one of their biggest hit songs -- "Ninth Month of the Year". (a few laughs from the crowd) Which card, Michael?

Michael: I'll have that Ace, Doug.

Doug: Ace for Michael.

TONY

MICHAEL

Doug: And a 9 for Tony. Tony's looking to complete a King-high straight. Michael would like another 10. Next two cards come face down.

Doug: And let's play for 15 points on this one. Remember, the high hand's worth 25. So anything can still happen before the Poker Run. Here comes a title from In Other Words.

"The Temperature at Hopkins Airport is 100 Degrees"

(Tony buzzes in)

Doug: Tony.

Tony: Just a guess: "Hot in Cleveland"?

Doug: Good guess, that's right.

TONY
MICHAEL

(ding; audience applause)

Doug: Hopkins International Airport is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Of course, giving the temperature at the airport is stupid. I don't know anyone who lives at the airport.

(audience laughs)

Doug: One of few George Carlin jokes you can share in mixed company. Tony, which card completes your hand?

Tony: I'll go with the left card and hope it's a 10 or a Joker.

Doug: Taking the left card. Very well.

TONY

MICHAEL

Doug: All right, the cards are in place. Let's see if Michael can narrow the score or Tony will have a commanding lead. Michael, a 10 or Joker would really help your cause. Queen or Ace couldn't hurt. Deej, what's Michael's last card?

TONY

MICHAEL

(scattered applause and woos)

Doug: He left you a third 10. Now, Tony, we still have a natural 10 and two Jokers somewhere in the deck. Maybe you have one of those cards. Deej, please flip over the last card in Tony's hand.
