All you have to do is lock in a bid from CY$1000 to CY$5000 in increments of CY$50. The player with the lowest unique bid wins -- and that serves as the starting point toward the goal of CY$10,000 and that possible bonus payoff of CY$24,000.

An outlaw is an automatic three strikes. Third strike means the game's over and you lose everything you've won here in this audience game.
