Deuces Wild Poker Doug: The New Net Poker has a new champion -- and his name is Matt Taylor. Let's see if you can top off a fine win with a big payoff. Here's how as we play Deuces Wild Poker.
Doug: Behind these numbers are ten outlaws. By random assignment, one outlaw is in the top row, two are in the second, three in the third and four on the bottom.
In a moment, you'll pick one number from each row. Each time you avoid an outlaw, you win a Deuce for your poker hand. Deuces are wild and you may use them for anything when your hand is complete.
The more Deuces you have, the better the odds of winning CY$20,000 for a royal flush. But, if you win all four Deuces and manage to avoid all ten outlaws, we'll give you the amount in the outlaw's jackpot -- CY$80,000.

Doug: We'll start at the top row. One outlaw to bypass. You're playing for the Deuce of Spades.
Matt: 3
Doug: Number 3. Let's hope for a good start.
Doug: That would be a good start.
Doug: D.J. places the Deuce you just earned in your hand. Let's play the next row. Two outlaws to avoid. Deuce of Hearts at stake.
Matt: 7
Doug: El siete de la suerte.
(outlaw says "YEEEEE-hawwww!") (audience groans)
Doug: Ay caramba! (light laughter from the crowd) Well, 7 wasn't a lucky number here. But let's keep on keepin' on. Fifty-fifty time here on the third row. Three outlaws to avoid -- but pick one of the three good numbers and D.J. will give you the Deuce of Clubs.
Matt: 17.
Doug: ¿Es 17 más suerte que 7?
Doug: ¡Muy bien!
Doug: In case you're wondering what's the deal with my Spanish, we'll be taping an all Spanish spinoff of The New Net Poker.
(light laughter from the crowd)
D.J.: Yeah right!
(more laughter from the crowd)
Doug: Well, in any event, last chance to win a Deuce. And it's always the hardest -- the Deuce of Diamonds. Four outlaws to avoid on the bottom row. Pick a number.
Matt: 22
Doug: Number 22. Let's get a good one here.
(outlaw says "YEEEEE-hawwww!") (audience groans)
Doug: On second thought -- nevermind. Well, you'll have the two 2's to play with. That's better than two tutus. (light laughter from the crowd) Where were the other eight outlaws?
Doug: There they were. Now let's try to build a winning hand here.
Doug: These are the first two cards from the top of the deck of cards you cut during the break. In a moment, you'll pick one, we'll turn it face up, add it to your hand -- and discard the card you decline. We'll repeat this process two more times.

Doug: Hopefully, the three natural cards you draw are higher than a 9 and of the same suit -- this way, we pay you CY$20,000.
Doug: So pick a card and let's make it a big one.
Matt: I'm left handed so let's go left.
Doug: Lefty's winding up for the pitch. And...
D.J.: The 9 of Clubs.
Doug: And just like that, the royal flush is not in the discussion.
Doug: Hey, maybe you'll get two more 9s and rack up CY$10,000. Let's hope it happens with the help of one of these next two cards.
Doug: They came on down. Which would you like?
Matt: Let's do left again.
Doug: It's just a jump to the left. Deej?
D.J.: The 10 of Hearts.
Doug: Well, as we head for the final pair of cards...
Doug: ...you've gotta hope for a 9 or 10 here for CY$2000. Here come the last two cards.
Doug: And here they are. Left or right?
Matt: Switch it up. Right.
Doug: He goes right. If it's a 10 or 9, you win CY$2000.
D.J.: Jack of Clubs.
Doug: That means we'll call one of those Deuces a Queen and the other a King for a straight -- which pays CY$750.
Doug: We add that to your previous winnings for a grand total of...
(audience applause) Doug: ...CY$5750. This is only the beginning -- because if you make it back here next time, you'll play for more cyber-money. You ran into two outlaws earlier. At CY$5000 each, we'll add CY$10,000 to the jackpot -- making it worth CY$90,000.

(audience cheers) (smooth jazz theme plays)
Doug: And remember, Matt, if you win the next three games, you'll play for CY$1,000,000 *plus* the outlaw's jackpot. Friends, that wraps it up for The New Net Poker for now. 'Til we see you again, make it a great day, keep the faith and treasure your loved ones.
