Welcome, welcome, one and all to Game 32 of Net Poker. A few notes are in order before we start qualifying...
\ Kourtney Wilson has so far won one game and CY$3000. Jay Cross -- yes, he's back due to another clerical error on our part. He's building on one win and CY$4700. So we're looking for just the one player in this episode's main game.
\ We've come up with a new theme -- The Frame Game. This is based on a British game show where three frames are posted -- with a word revealed in the first frame and another word in the last frame. The object is to identify the mystery word in the middle. A correct answer results in two different two-word phrases. For example...
DRAW ??? CHIP ...with "Draw" in the first frame and "Chip" in the last, the mystery word in this sample is "Poker" -- for "Draw Poker" and "Poker Chip". Either of the two-word phrases could also be identities of people, places or things. The Frame Game will not be part of this episode -- but we'll play it in a future game of Net Poker.
...OK, time to search for a challenger. As always, the player closest to the right answer, high or low, gets to play against Kourtney and Jay in the main game. Here's the query...
What percentage of men in a recent survey admitted they spit in public?
(time passes)
Huh? We've already got someone who hit it on the nose? Wow. That was fast. Well, let's see the right answer.
QUALIFYING ANSWER
60%
And let's see who hit it on the nose.
Andy Silikovitz 60%It's Andy. He hasn't been with us since waaaaay back in Game 5 -- and of course he finished runner-up in the Quarter Million Playoff. Andy, you must read the same magazines I do.
Well, to everyone else, don't forget the audience game. Someone one a virtual car the last time around -- so you could win big that way.
Kourtney vs. Jay vs. Andy on Net Poker -- next.
======================================================================Rich Jeffries: "The Rich List" -- starring Richie Rich, Rich Little, Rich Fields and even me, Rich Jeffries (audience laughs) -- will not be seen tonight. In its place, let's see if someone can get rich on the following replacement. ======================================================================
Rich: From CDM Enterprises, a division of Trax Productions, welcome to the card game where high hands can bring high rewards. This is Net Poker.

Rich: And now, here's the star of our show, Doug Morris!
(Doug walks out from behind the video poker screen)
Doug: Thanks, Rich Jeffries and hellooooooo, everybody. Welcome to another game of Net Poker. Let's welcome back our two returning players and their challenger. Kourtney Wilson, Jay Cross and Andy Silikovitz. (audience cheers)
KOURTNEY JAY ANDY ![]()

Doug: Kourtney won our last game and collected CY$3000. And wouldn't you know, Jay's become the phoenix of Net Poker. He'll play a main game, something screwy happened in that game, he's affected by that mishap, he threatens to sue and we bring him back. (audience laughs) Only kidding about the suing part. But Jay's building on a victory and CY$4700.
Andy's making his first appearance in this season. He was runner-up in last season's tournament of champions.
And now, we're about to start our first round. Hit it, fellers.

BACK AND FORTH
PASSWORDRich: It's Back and Forth Password! (intro theme continues to play) Our special guest clue-giver -- from Net Poker, D.J. Hamilton!
(audience cheers) (D.J. walks out wearing a specially made "Password" t-shirt with this Allen Ludden design and a pair of jeans) (SP theme fades)
Doug: I like the outfit, Deej.
D.J.: Thanks. The wardrobe folks made this t-shirt for me.
Doug: We won't say how old D.J. is -- but when Allen Ludden was hosting "College Bowl", she was dating the captain of Memphis State.
D.J.: Oh, come on! (audience laughs) I'm not *that* old.
Doug: Players, before I get in further hot water, let me explain how this Video Poker theme of Back and Forth Password works. D.J. is going to give you two one-word clues. Each clue is to a different password. We call this "back and forth" -- because one of the passwords is the other password spelled backwards. Deej, give us an example.
D.J.: All right -- gross, number.
Doug: "Gross" would be the opposite of "net" -- and the number D.J. has in mind is "ten".
Now, each time you buzz in with the right passwords, you earn 10 points. After five pairs of passwords, we go to the video screen where you could -- well -- "net" more points. So, let's start each of you off with 10 points.
