Video Poker

(Doug walks out from behind the video poker screen)

Doug: Thanks, Hazen and helloooooooooo everybody! Welcome to Net Poker. Last time out, we crowned a new champ and he's looking to get back to the Deuces Wild round and win that CY$77,500 jackpot. But two players stand in his way. Here to introduce them all is our dealer, D.J. Hamilton.

(not D.J., but the dealer from World Series of Blackjack walks out to thunderous applause)

Doug: Uh, wait, you're not Deej, you're Tiki Arsenault.

Tiki: That's right. Happy April Fool's Day.

Doug: Ah, I get it. Well, who's here on the panel?

Tiki: Our champion is Chico Alexander. He'll play against Andy Geller and Michael Clifford.

(audience cheers)

Doug: Thanks, Tiki and hello players. The dealer may be different but the way we play's still the same.

Doug: And we start with Video Poker. We'll spot each of you 10 points.

Doug: And the rest you have to earn. I have five toss-up questions here. Each time you chime in with the right answer, you win 10 more points. Then, you'll get to play for more points at the video screen. Now, since this is our April Fool's show, all of our questions relate in some way to fools or April 1st. So, let's begin...

Doug: I said, "Two more of these and then we go to the video screen."

Tiki: Ah, I didn't know you knew French.

Doug: Actually, my fiancée's been giving me French lessons.

Tiki: Oh, really.

Doug: Yup -- and in more ways than one! (audience laughs and applauds) And with that, next query...

A gambler would be foolish if he started with...

(audience applause)

Doug: Before we play our final question, I'd be in remiss if I didn't ask the blackjack dealer something. Tiki, has that ever happened at your blackjack table at the Mohegan Sun?

Tiki: Certainly not at the world series of blackjack. But, last year, a guy who was really drunk doubled on 20 -- and nearly brought the house down. I ended up giving him a 2.

Doug: Ooooh, right in the heart!

Tiki: Yeah, I'll never forget him. He kinda looked like Tattoo from Fantasy Island and kept telling me "love ya, babe".

Doug: (clears throat) Say no more, I know who you're talking about. (audience laughs) All I'll say is I'm not surprised. Last question and then we'll go to big screen...

\ none of the above

(Andy buzzes in)

Doug: And Andy breaks through, finally!

Andy: I will Say NONE OF THE ABOVE

Doug: There ya go.
