5th Anniversary Special:
Round 2(clip from earlier episode rolls)
Doug: Time for the second half of the round and -- uh -- where did Deej go?
Nelson: (over loud speaker) Check the video screen.
(Video Poker logo on screen fades to an image of D.J. and Jesse Metcalf making out backstage)
D.J.: Oh, um, hi! Sweetie, you've got my cell number. We'll talk later.
Jesse: But Miss Hamilton...
D.J.: Please! It's D.J., honey -- and I gotta get back to work.
(clip ends)
(audience laughs and applauds)
Doug: Oh, that Deej! We're back at the fabulous Bonus Island Resort and Casino to resume our match-up between Andy Silikovitz and Michael Clifford. Michael won the first round and CY$800. So, Andy, you need this round to force a tie-breaker round of 3-Card Poker.

SCRAMBLED
SAYINGSDoug: OK, we start our second hand of 5-Card Poker with the Round 2 theme of Scrambled Sayings. We'll display a well known title or phrase one word at a time -- but the words will be out of order. The spellings will be correct -- just the words are out of order. What you must do is buzz in and correctly ID the phrase or title in it correct order.
Ten points are awarded for a right answer. Of course, after you each get four cards, we'll play a 15 point blind card saying. High hand wins 25 points.
ANDY MICHAEL Doug: We've rest the scores to zero. Michael, you got to cut the cards before we started the round. First two cards from the new deck come down the chute next to Dirty Harry -- right now.
Doug: And we start with the King of Spades and the 10 of Clubs. Our first scrambled saying this round is a phrase. You may buzz in after the first word's exposed. BTW, if you buzz in and miss, we offer your opponent a free guess -- but we don't reveal any more words. Here's the first word in the scrambled phrase... now...
WELL
WELLDoug: Michael
Michael: All's well that ends well
Doug: That's right. (audience applause) First 10 points of the round belong to Michael. Which card?
Michael: King of Spades
ANDY
MICHAEL
Doug: OK, Michael has a cowboy, Andy has a 10 of Clubs. Two more cards.
Doug: The Ace of Diamonds and the Queen of Spades up for grabs. Our next scrambled saying is a title...
ON
THE
STRIP
SUNSETDoug: Michael?
Michael: Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip
Doug: Right you are! (audience applause) You're on fire this game, Michael. Which card?
Michael: Ace of Diamonds
ANDY
MICHAEL
Doug: ...Andy gets a lady out of the deal. Two more cards coming.
Doug: The Queen of Diamonds and the 10 of Spade. Andy's going to get a pair out of this either way. Michael's going to be 3/5 of the way toward a straight. But Andy *really* could use the points. Next scrambled saying -- is the identity of a specific event.
THE
CITY
NEW
MARATHONDoug: Michael.
Michael: The New York City Marathon
Doug: Got it again!
ANDY MICHAEL Doug: Michael's got a hot hand on the buzzer, tonight. Which card?
Michael: Queen of Diamonds
ANDY
MICHAEL
Doug: All righty. Andy with two 10s, Michael needs a Jack and 10 to complete the Ace high straight. Harry's got two more cards.
Doug: Oh, man! The 10 of Diamonds and the Jack of Diamonds. Andy could get trips out of this. Next scrambled saying is a title...
SHOW
DREWDoug: Michael.
Michael: The Drew Carey Show
Doug: No. Sorry. Andy, as noted earlier, I cannot reveal any more information. What's the title?
(pause)
Doug: Andy? (buzz buzz) Too much time. If the rest of the scrambled saying were played out, it would look something like this.
SHOW
DREW
CAREY'S
SCREEN
GREENDoug: Rearrange those words correctly and you get the short-lived "Drew Carey's Green Screen Show". (a few groans from the crowd) OK, no harm no foul. Same 10 and Jack of diamonds remain up for grabs. Next scrambled saying is a quotation.
OR
ME
GIVE
GIVEDoug: Michael.
Michael: Give me liberty or give me death.
Doug: How about I give you 10 more points, instead? (audience applause) Again I ask -- which card?
Michael: I don't want Andy to get trips, so I'll take the 10 myself.
ANDY
MICHAEL
Doug: OK, Andy, we've been down this road before. Down 40-0 ahead of the blind card question. But you forced a tie-breaker question before. Let's see if you can force another. Here come the blind cards...
Doug: And remember, this next scrambled saying is worth 15 points. Michael, if you score on this, you'll win the game automatically -- even if Andy were to collect the 25 points for high hand. This next scrambled saying is a title...
THE
ON
OF
JULYDoug: Michael for the game.
Michael: Born On The Fourth Of July
Doug: You win it!
ANDY MICHAEL (audience applause; Super Pay Cards game victory music plays)
Doug: Congratulations, Michael. We'll have another spin for you shortly -- and then we'll play our bonus round.
Michael: All right
Doug: Andy, sorry you didn't win. We thank you for playing not only tonight -- but throughout our five years here on Net Poker. To say thanks, we give you a consolation prize of CY$1000 and our great thanks for playing. Nice hand for Andy Silikovitz!
Doug: All right, Michael. Harry's over at the roulette wheel with another spin. Same as before, a 0, a 5 or any other number ending in 5 pays CY$5000. Otherwise it's that number times CY$100. Ready?
Michael: I want that CY$5,000! Yes!
Doug: I bet you do. Harry, give him the news.
(DH sneers at Michael...and spins)
Michael: I love you too, Dirty Harry!
14 l Doug: And it's 14 Red.
Michael: I'll take CY$1400!
ANDY MICHAEL Doug: That's a total of CY$2200. (smooth jazz theme plays) Still to come, we'll relive some memories on The Real Deal -- and show you more of our pilot episode. All that and much more to come -- as the fifth anniversary special of Net Poker rolls on.
