Round 2

(new car music plays)

Scarlett: One of the prizes at stake on the winner's board tonight is A BRAND NEW CAR!

(audience cheers)

Scarlett: It's the Chevrolet Camaro -- a classic muscle car built for the here and now. Comes with a 3.6L, V6 engine -- plus automatic transmission, four-wheel independent suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, six-disc CD changer, 1000-watt sound system and much, much more. A terrific prize worth CY$37,300.

(audience cheers)

Scarlett: And now, back to Doug Morris and Net Definition.

Doug: Thanks, Scarlett. Before we get back to the game. Let's say hello to our players. First, the champ, Andy.

Andy: I'm Andy Silikovitz, 42 and single from West Orange, New Jersey. I work as a Torah reader in Montclair, New Jersey. I'm rehearsing for a synagogue play in South Orange, New Jersey.

Doug: Oh, do tell.

Andy: I'm playing Motel in "Fiddler on the Roof" on April 24 -- Passover/Easter Sunday.

Doug: Oh, best of luck with that. You're down a little bit here -- but plenty of game left. Michael, our leader, a word or two about you, please.

Michael: My name is Michael Clifford. I am from Marlton, New Jersey. I am currently unemployed. I like watching game shows and playing netgames. Speaking of "Wheel Of Fortune", there was a contestant from Marlton who was on there recently.

Doug: Really, how'd the player from Marlton do?

Michael: Sadly, she did not win. Hopefully, I can do a lot better here.

Doug: Well, we'll see who comes out on top in this game. Michael leads CY$250 to nothing. Andy's yet to get on the board -- but he has first crack -- at this definition.

(FF reveal sfx)

Scarlett: The working world.

Doug: The working world. Short and simple. Andy, please give away a letter.

Andy: Give the Z.

Doug: No Z. You may take a letter.

Andy: Take the A.

Doug: Other end of the alphabet's a good choice.

(ding)

Doug: Three A's. Chance to pull ahead in the score. The working world.

Andy: Too early. I'll have to pass.

(buzz buzz)

Doug: All right. Ball's back in Michael's court.

Michael: Give away the Q.

Doug: No Q. You may take a letter.

Michael: Take the E.

Doug: No E pops up -- so no chance to guess. We're back to Andy.

Andy: Give the J.

Doug: There's no J. You may take a letter.

Andy: Take the T.

Doug: There are three T's.

(ding)

Doug: There they are. Another chance to take this round and the lead. The working world.

Andy: Vocation vocation vocation.

Doug: Correct correct correct.

(dings; audience applause)

Doug: And after you work three jobs, you're ready for -- vacation vacation vacation.

(audience laughs and applauds)

ANDY
MICHAEL

Doug: Champ takes the lead 500 to 250. Next round's worth 750. Remember, the game is 1500. Obviously, the winner of this round won't win the game. But, if you win this round, you'll have a choice to make before Round 4.

Right now, Michael has the first crack at the Round 3 definition.
