A To Z Round
Doug: And we're back on Net Definition. Michael Clifford has won another game. With that done, he has almost CY$54,000 in winnings. In the next few moments, he could add CY$100,000. But we'll do this one puzzle at a time.
In the A to Z Round, we'll give you the bonus definition -- then I give you the letters one at a time in order from A to Z. The moment I give you a letter that appears at least once in the answer, I stop and give you a chance to guess. A correct solution pays CY$1000 per letter left hidden.
But we didn't have to go that far last time. Michael, if you solve correctly with no letters exposed, you win CY$50,000.
Doug: And remember, you won the main game in a sweep. So we play two bonus definitions. And here is the first.
Rich: A currency container.
Doug: A currency container. One time only for CY$50,000 -- a currency container.
Michael: Before I guess, I just want to say hi to my dad who just turned 65 years old. Happy birthday Dad!
Doug: Happy birthday, Mr. Clifford. Let's see if you can make him *really* proud.
Michael: I have an idea. Is it "THE NICKEL JAR"?
Doug: The nickel jar...

(Trivia Trap sfx) (audience groans)
Doug: I now give you -- A. (pause) B.
Doug: One B -- the first letter in the last word. This is for CY$11,000. A currency container.
Michael: It can't be "THE DOLLAR BIN" because there's no A. (buzz buzz) I need another letter.
Doug: Okie doke. I give you -- C. (pause) D. (pause) E.
Doug: Two E's. Each E is the last letter in the first two words. Chance at CY$9000. A currency container.
Michael: I know the first word is "THE". I just don't know about the other two words. I need more letters. Stat!
Doug: More letters are on the way. F. (pause) G. (pause) H.
(ding) (scattered groans from the crowd)
Doug: Well, at least this fuels your hypothesis on the first word. Got any ideas for CY$8000? A currency container.
Michael: I gotta get more letters.
Doug: Very well. Let's give the -- I.
Doug: Ah, two I's. One in the second word and one in the last word. Six-grand for you, my man, if you can solve this correctly. A currency container.
Michael: The first word is "THE" & the last word is "BIN", but I don't know what the middle word is. I hope I can get more letters in the second word.
Doug: All right, let's see if J can help you. J. (pause) K. (pause) L.
