Voice guy: VBS -- where the winners are.

======================================================================

Doug: Welcome back. We've made some time for *extra* audience games -- 'cause we've got moolah burnin' holes in our pockets. Scarlett, fetch me a player, please.

Scarlett: Melanie Ball, come on up. (audience cheers) It's your chance to win big on Hot Dice.

Doug: Hello, Melanie. Welcome to Hot Dice. You're going to play Double Up -- and we've got a lot of moolah at stake.

Let me tell you how this works. Behind these numbers, we have amounts of cyber-money. Three CY$500 bills, a couple of CY$1000 bills, two CY$2500 bills and a CY$5000 bill.

(audience cheers)

Doug: But there's more. There are also two double cards -- hence the name of the game, Double Up. Unfortunately, there are also two bust cards. Find one of those busts -- and you lose everything.

So after you've won some moolah, you'll have a chance to stop.

If you find all the cyber-money -- and then make your last two picks doubles, you'll win more than CY$50,000.

(audience cheers)

Doug: Go ahead and pick a number.

Melanie: Lucky 7.

Doug: Number 7. How lucky is it?

(ding) (a few groans from the crowd)

Doug: Double -- and you just doubled bupkis. Where's the fun in that? Well, nothing to lose. Pick another number, please.

Melanie: OK, 8.

Doug: Right next door. Come on, let's get this lady some cyber-money.

(ding) (audience applause)

Doug: All right -- CY$500. Now you've got the chance to stop and keep the 500 or pick again.

(audience shouts suggestions)

Melanie: I'll keep going. Next number up. 9.

Doug: Number 9, number 9. Let's get her something big.

Doug: What!?!? Well, look at this way. At least she didn't foolishly gamble away a jackpot.

(audience laughs)

Doug: I kid because I care, Erik. Let's see where the rest of the goods and the other bad were.

Doug: There they were. Melanie, sorry we've only got consolation prizes for you. You also have our thanks for playing Double Up on Hot Dice.

(audience applause)
